Our take on ScaledMail
ScaledMail positions itself as the managed option for agencies: dedicated-tenant mailboxes across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and SMTP, paired with proactive deliverability support and deliberately conservative sending limits. Microsoft inboxes are keenly priced (around $2), and a 4.6 Trustpilot rating suggests customers are happy with the hands-on approach.
That managed posture comes with trade-offs. Warmup isn't bundled, so inboxes arrive cold, and the recommended ~25 sends/day per mailbox is on the cautious side — fine for reputation, but it means you'll need more inboxes to hit a given volume. Setup is slower than the instant-provisioning crowd at two to four days, and the company doesn't publicly confirm API access, so automation-heavy buyers should verify that before committing.
What we like
- +Dedicated-tenant infrastructure across GWS, M365 and SMTP
- +Proactive, agency-focused deliverability support
- +Solid Trustpilot rating (4.6)
- +Competitive Microsoft 365 pricing (~$2)
Watch out for
- −No included warmup — inboxes start cold
- −Conservative ~25 sends/day ceiling per mailbox
- −Slower setup (2–4 days)
- −API availability not confirmed publicly
- −Public support@ address returned 'address not found' when we reached out (reachable via other channels)
Best for: Agencies that value managed deliverability support and dedicated-tenant infrastructure over rock-bottom pricing.
