MailboxFreak is an independent comparison site for cold-email mailbox providers — the services that provision Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and dedicated-SMTP inboxes at scale for outbound campaigns.
The problem
Search "best cold email infrastructure" and almost every result is published by a provider that conveniently ranks itself #1. The category is full of affiliate listicles and provider-owned "comparison" hubs. There was no neutral place to actually compare — so we built one.
What we do
We track every serious provider in one directory and put them on the same axes — normalized price-per-mailbox, inbox type (Google / Microsoft / SMTP), IP model, pre-warmed vs. fresh, turnaround, and aggregated ratings from G2 and Trustpilot. Sponsored placements are clearly labeled and never change a provider's rating.

Founders, agencies, and SDR teams running cold outreach — especially anyone sending through Instantly, Smartlead, Saleshandy, or Reachinbox and trying to pick infrastructure that actually lands in the inbox.
How we stay free & honest
Affiliate links and clearly-labeled sponsored listings. That revenue keeps the site free and never influences ratings or rankings — the data is the data.
The data
We're transparent about confidence. Some fields are verified from a provider's live pricing page; others are best-guess until we confirm them. We refresh continuously and label what's still unverified.
