Our take on Premium Inboxes
Premium Inboxes is a service-first option: it provisions Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes, configures DNS, and initiates warmup on your behalf, uploading the accounts to your sequencer. Turnaround is under six hours, there's no real minimum order, and every tier includes unlimited replacements — appealing if you'd rather not manage infrastructure yourself.
It's less suited to scale-minded buyers. There's no API, so growth means manual work, and several reviewers report Microsoft 365 accounts becoming unstable at higher volumes. The warmup language (“initiate warmup on your behalf”) is ambiguous enough to mislead buyers expecting ready-to-send inboxes, failed inboxes aren't refunded, and the company lists no named founder or team — with one Reddit report describing a request for domain-registrar credentials, worth being aware of.
What we like
- +Done-for-you GWS + M365 with DNS handled
- +Warmup initiation included in the setup
- +Unlimited inbox replacements across all tiers
- +Fast turnaround (<6h); starts at a single mailbox
Watch out for
- −No API — manual upload to your sequencer only
- −Microsoft 365 accounts reported unstable at higher volumes
- −No named team; one user report of a domain-credential request
- −Failed inboxes are not refunded
Best for: Smaller teams that want a hands-off setup with replacements handled and don't need API automation.
