Our take on Mailin
Mailin positions itself as one-stop cold-email infrastructure: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and private SMTP under a single dashboard, on dedicated IPs, at around $1.50 per mailbox with no per-seat fees and 20% off annual billing. API access and email verification are included, and onboarding is quick. For an agency that wants to mix platforms across campaigns without juggling several vendors, that breadth is the main draw.
A few caveats keep this one in verify-before-you-scale territory. Entry is aimed at volume, with plans starting around 200 inboxes ($299/mo), so it's not a fit for small senders. Warmup isn't included, so inboxes start cold and you'll need a separate tool. And there's little independent signal: we couldn't find Trustpilot or G2 reviews, and some pricing details come from secondary sources, so treat the numbers as indicative and confirm current pricing on a small order first.
What we like
- +Three platforms (GWS, M365, SMTP) from one dashboard
- +Dedicated IPs across plans
- +Competitive ~$1.50/mailbox with no per-seat fees; 20% off annual
- +Full API access and email verification included
Watch out for
- −High entry point: plans start around 200 inboxes ($299/mo)
- −No warmup included; bring your own tool
- −No third-party reviews (no Trustpilot/G2) to corroborate claims yet
- −Some pricing and feature detail is hard to verify independently
Best for: Agencies and high-volume teams (200+ inboxes) who want GWS, M365 and SMTP under one roof with dedicated IPs and API access, and will warm up separately.
