Our take on MailDeck

Three platforms — Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and SMTP — under one roof on dedicated-tenant infrastructure, with very cheap Outlook inboxes but a confusing annual-vs-monthly price gap.

MailDeck covers more ground than most: Microsoft 365 (Outlook), Google Workspace and private SMTP, all on what it describes as dedicated-tenant (“no shared IPs”) infrastructure. Outlook inboxes are remarkably cheap — about $0.45/inbox at the tenant level — Google Workspace scales down to roughly $2.99, and free domain replacement is included on several plans.

The pricing presentation is the main friction. The homepage and much third-party coverage cite the lower annual rates (e.g. $30 Outlook tenants) while the actual pricing page shows higher monthly figures, which inflates the perceived value — check whether you're looking at annual or monthly. Standard inboxes also arrive cold, with pre-warmed Outlook a ~33% upcharge (and pre-warmed GWS/SMTP currently sold out). Scale claims of 800k+ inboxes are self-reported, and a competitor review disputes the “no shared IPs” line, so weigh the dedicated-IP claim as plausible but not independently confirmed.

What we like

  • +M365, GWS and SMTP from one provider
  • +“No shared IPs” — dedicated-tenant model
  • +Very cheap Outlook inboxes (~$0.45) + free domain replacement
  • +Volume pricing down to ~$2.99 for Google Workspace

Watch out for

  • Standard inboxes ship cold; pre-warmed Outlook is a ~33% upcharge
  • Advertised annual prices undercut the higher monthly rates
  • Scale claims (800k+ inboxes) are self-reported
  • Some ambiguity over the IP model

Best for: Buyers who want multi-platform coverage (especially cheap Outlook at volume) from a single provider with free domain replacement.
