Aerosend stands out for including what most rivals charge extra for: a managed 21-day warmup via WarmupInbox, dedicated per-batch IP isolation, and domain burn alerts with free replacement — all in the base $4/mailbox price, dropping to about $2 at 151+ inboxes. For agencies bringing their own domains and 30+ mailboxes, that's a genuinely managed package.
The honest caveat is maturity. Aerosend launched in 2025 and, as of mid-2026, has roughly 150 active accounts, two named founders, and essentially no independent review presence (no Trustpilot, G2 blocked). The product and the people are real, but there's little public track record to lean on, the managed warmup means ~21 days before full sending capacity, and there's no documented standalone API.
